Laura began her training in Aerial Hoop in 2014 as a member of Aerial Dance Company Hereford. Aswell as teaching and performing Aerial Hoop - Laura is also a Latin Dancer, Fire Performer and flexibility instructor. Her training also expands to Musical Theatre where she trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and Acting and Physical Theatre, training with Fourth Monkey Theatre Company.
