Had the privilege to run a couple of sessions for bootcampuk in Woking the other week. Everyone was in great spirit and grizzed the phys.

Had lots of fun with my mate doing the 300 original Spartan workout today.
25 Pull-ups
50 Deadlifts 60kg
50 Push-ups
50 box jumps
Floor wipers 60kg arms length
Clean and press 25 reps each arm
Another 25 Pull-ups
300 reps each 600 total

Hello All. Thank you so much for all of your support so far!

UPADTE
I have now secured physique fitness for my Friday sessions. As I am currently finding my feet and what people will enjoy. I am going to run 3 sessions on Friday 9am - 1pm. Sessions will be £8 per session (cash only).

First session will be 9am - 10am
Second session will be 10:30am - 11:30am
Third session will be 12pm - 1 pm
