What a moment! 🔥

Had the opportunity to meet the one and only Zack George — CrossFit athlete, Gladiators’ Steel, and 2020’s UK’s Fittest Man. Someone who has genuinely been a huge inspiration in the fitness world.

And yes… that’s him literally holding my legs up in a handstand 😂🙌

What I admire most isn’t just the strength or athleticism — it’s the journey, discipline, and mindset behind it all. From elite CrossFit competition to becoming “Steel” on Gladiators, Zack represents what consistency, resilience, and hard work can achieve.

Moments like this remind me why I love coaching, training, and helping others realise they’re capable of more than they think.

Keep showing up. Keep challenging yourself. And occasionally… spend some time upside down 🤸‍♀️💪
