Leg Day WOD (Progressive Overload):
• Hex Bar Deadlift – 4 x 8
• Bulgarian Split Squats – 3 x 8 each leg
• Box Step-Ups – 3 x 10 each leg
• Cable Kickbacks – 3 x 12 each leg
• Goblet Squats – 3 x 10
• Kettlebell Swings – 3 x 15

The training doesn’t stop 🔥

Straight back at it with a tough YGIG session — teamwork, effort, and plenty of grit on show tonight.

4 rounds of:
• 40 cal SkiErg
• 40 box jumps
• 40 cal row
• 40 dumbbell snatches

One partner working while the other supports — pushing the pace, sharing the load, and getting the work done. No shortcuts, just solid effort from start to finish.

Sessions like this are where fitness is built: showing up, digging deep, and putting in the work even when the legs are tired. Proud of the grind tonight 💪

Why Prime Fitness?

The word prime usually makes people think of a peak — a moment you’ve already passed.

But that’s not what Prime Fitness is about.

❌️ Prime isn’t an age.
❌️ Prime isn’t a finish line.

Prime is a decision.

It’s deciding that just because you might not feel at your best right now, doesn’t mean your strongest days are behind you.

Whether you’re:
• Starting for the first time
• Coming back after time away
• Rebuilding confidence
• Or chasing strength and fitness you didn’t think was possible

You can still rise stronger. 💪🏼

At Prime Fitness, training is about showing up, building confidence, and making consistent progress — at your pace, with support.

Because it’s never too late to start.
And being in your “prime” doesn’t mean you can’t find a new one.

I offer 1:1 and 1:2 personal training for people who want structured, supportive coaching — whether you’re just starting out or getting back into fitness after time away.

This is for you if you:
✔️ Are a beginner and don’t know where to start
✔️ Are returning to fitness after a break
✔️ Feel self‑conscious or intimidated in busy gyms
✔️ Need accountability to stay consistent
✔️ Want encouragement and a bit of a push when it’s right

How I coach:
• Supportive and judgement‑free
• Calm, focused sessions — no shouting or pressure
• Progress at your pace, with guidance every step of the way

• Strength & conditioning
• Circuit‑based sessions
• Conditioning and event‑style training (Hyrox‑inspired, etc.)
