Another great lesson with my client Ed. We worked on getting his swing from being “over plane” or too high to getting him much more on plane.

We did this by making him feel a much flatter swing. The final picture is the actually swing.
What is feel and what is real are sometimes two different things! With some drills and work we got to an on plane swing leading to much more consistency in strike and control of flight and distance.
