After months of planning, building and grafting, we’re finally ready to open the doors to our BRAND NEW HOME — and we want EVERYONE there to celebrate with us! 🔥

And trust us… we’re not opening quietly.

I go on about community so much because it’s real. Old school or new school, good values never change. They’re in all of us.

Life is better when it’s shared with like-minded, genuine, normal people who want to see each other do well.

Thank you so much for everything you do for this community. It will always be a privilege to work alongside you, and I’ll never take it for granted. 🧡

This is more than just a fitness event—it’s about bringing our community together, getting people moving, and creating a brilliant day out for everyone.

🎶 Music throughout the day

We’re also delighted that The Rec River will be hosting a BBQ, so you can grab some great food while you’re there, and there’ll be a bouncy castle to keep the kids entertained too. We want this to be a proper family day out where everyone feels welcome, whether you’re joining in the workouts or just coming along to enjoy the atmosphere.
