🧜‍♀️ Calling all mermaids 🧜‍♀️

A day of fun loving natural connection awaits you! A day retreat that has it all for the girly that wants it all!

Give wing surfing a go in a fun and supportive group .watersports , sweat it out with a guided sauna ritual, with sea dips and sound therapy for a sauna experience like no other!

Ignite your free spirit with a beach yoga session of breathwork and playful poses. Joyfully move into mindful movement under the strawberry full moon, supported by silentdisco headphones to get you in the groove.

With opening and closing ceremony, lots of snacks and moments to chill and share, this is going to be a day to remember!

Come alone or with friends, you’ll be sure to make new ones!

*ITINERARY*

1:30pm - Meet outside of Flow Watersports (Sandbanks) and start the day with a grounding opening circle to get us into the groove

2 - 4pm - Beginners Wing Surf Lesson at Flow Watersports

Snacks + Refreshments

5:30 - 7pm - Guided Sauna Ritual at The Saltwater Sauna (Sandbanks) with Samara and Eve, trained Sauna Masters

7 - 8pm - Homemade Coconut and Lentil soup, bread and snacks

8pm - Playful Yoga, Breathwork and Mindful Movement with Silent Disco Headphones on the beach as the moon rises

10pm - Closing Circle

*WHAT TO BRING*

1. Wetsuit (if you have one, otherwise equipment is provided)
2. Swimwear
3. Two towels (one to dry, one to sit on in the sauna)
4. Water bottle
5. Journal and pen
6. Comfy clothes to move in
7. Beach towel (or yoga mat if you’d prefer)

Happy Women’s Day to all you sassy sass pots! 🫶🏼

We celebrated keeping each other warm on shoot for and having so much fun …girls supporting girls, embracing all things wild and natural, shells, jewels and smiles -such beautiful pieces for all the ocean lovers, handcrafted and full of love.

YOGA FOR SALTY PIGS! WINTER EDITION!

The best and hardest part of these days is breaking up the chitter chatter of gorgeous women getting to know each other so I can guide them through some yoga ! 😜

What a lush day! After a meditation that peeled away our layers, our labels, our definitions, our masks, we moved through the rest of the day with what we were left with, our true nature , our essence, our spirit 🧚🏽‍♀️

And so it was a joyful day of authentic connection , playfulness, feminine loving and lots of lolz.

Yoga sesh set with candles, flowers, fairy lights, wild goddess cards… the movement with a perfect balance of focus and spice, nervous system calibration, uplifting breathwork, exploration… sealed with a sound journey, yummy nurturing food, frolicking in the sauna and sea with thanks to then delicious roasts and a lil drinky poos at The Pig on The Beach and a sweet little pearl gift to take home - perfect for the beach babes!

I’m most likely doing another summer one, as these days are so fun! Send me a DM if you’d like to be the first to hear about it 🙂
