Come and join us for the RIOT C25K course - starting 3rd September. Each week we will be at the rugby club at 6pm for our 11 week course!

Supported by a wonderful group of supports to help you achieve your goals!

Our leader Zodwa is Crowned Castebridge Canter Champion 👑.

Our inspirational Co-Event Director Zodwa does an absolutely fabulous job leading our amazing community but she also is a very talented & a champion runner.

Zodwa was delighted to win her category at the inagural Casterbridge Canter Trail Race & did so in the finest style. She was presented with a bespoke mug by Dorchester Mayor Les Fry, as a delightful recognition of her efforts.

The Casterbridge Canter is Dorset’s newest trail run, raising money for Dorchester Middle School's PTA & was a great route around private farmland. Runners were rewarded with stunning views across the estate and south Dorset downland to Hardy’s Monument, Maiden Castle, Dorchester and Poundbury.

All of us here at our Durlston Country Park parkrun send Zodwa many congratulations, we are super proud of her.
