We’re back for pre-season and looking for new players aged 16+ to join our growing community club! 🙌

Our final game of the season ends in victory!!with only 12 players to choose from Nathan Carter let the lads pick names out of the hat for an end of season game.

With everyone out of position and Andrew Norbury making his debut in goal the lads took a while to get going, but relished the task and went in 2-0 up at half time courtesy of a Luke Jolliffe brace!

The second half was an even affair with the Romans defence holding firm and Norbury making some routine saves, Will Dawson rounded off the scoring to end it at 3-0. All in all a good day and everybody played a huge part with lots of players missing today.

Today is the last game of our football season,we host Allendale reserves. the weather has played ball for the occasion and it’s set up to a thrilling encounter after winning the away fixture 5-1. Nathan Carter takes charge of this one and Marley Gregory captains the side in place of the ever suspended Callum Coleman.

Big news!!!

As the long season comes to close for us this month, we’ve had fantastic interest all season and with over 25 to choose from every Saturday and many more interested for next season we have decided to enter a Dorchester United Reserves football team.

We only started this club a year ago, even though we had a bad start to the campaign we’ve improved all the time and the hard work has paid off in recent weeks, we are excited about this new venture and welcome any new players who would like to join up with us in pre season.
