Champions League Debut for former Champion Coach ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ†โšฝ๏ธ

A massive congratulations and well done to Shaun Cooper who made his Champions League coaching bow at Anfield on Weds evening.

To top off the debut Coopers Liverpool team also secured a great victory over Spanish giants Athletico Madrid.

Shaun began his coaching career with Champion in 2015 before joining AFC Bournemouth Academy in 2017. Shaun quickly transitioned through the ranks and ended up on Andoni Iriola first team staff before moving with Iriola to Liverpool in the summer.

Shaun was a fantastic example to our staff and players during this time and we couldnโ€™t be prouder of his achievements so far.

Our Skill School at Dorchester Town FC returned this afternoon.

A gym induction for our new 14s group and our 7-13s all back in action in a great afternoon of football.

Alongside this out U15/16 Academy Players were also in for their weekly session in our new S and C Gym on site.

Well done all players and staff who have set a great standard in week one โœ…

Today we welcomed back our students old and new! ๐ŸŽ“

To celebrate their return, we unveiled our brand-new sports college gym facility and our Academy Director Luke put all students through their paces in a busy day of lessons, gym and football ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ

We are delighted to be back at it and we are looking forward to another great year!

Well done to our Dorchester Town FC 18/19s who turned in a great performance at The Avenue Stadium on Weds evening.

The group ranging from age 16-18 took on an experienced U23 side in what turned out to be a worthwhile game for both teams.

Goals from DJ Bowmaster, Taylor B, Moss J and Ethan D on his debut.

Thank you to New Milton for traveling for the fixture and good luck for the season.
