So this weekend we had 5 Ballers head to the UKTC Sheffield along with 1 Ballers Original.
As a team we finished net positive just dropping 7 games out of 45 which is amazing and our Original member Chris making the top cut and finishing 5th overall.

Well what great weekend that was, thanks to Carnagecompetitive for hosting another cracking event, the Newcastle teams tournament. As you know we took 2 teams who both slogged it out and played some hard match ups Vs some great opponents. Our A and B teams ended up facing each other in round 5 which wasn't ideal as both teams could have finished top 5, but unfortunately the pairing gods didn't favour us and with the winner potentially getting a podium place it was a tense round. But the A team came out with the win and grabbed 3rd place overall. Everyone (well everyone but Tony, rumour was he was close to selling him army after round 3🤣) had a great weekend, meet some great people, played some tough games and had a laugh.

We are fielding 2 teams this weekend to the Carnagecompetitive Newcastle teams. Both teams are looking strong. Round 1: Ballers Brawlers have local rivals Carnage B team and Ballers B Brawling have majority T3. Will try to keep you updated on the teams progress over the weekend

As we gear up for the Newcastle teams event, Chris a close friend and part time member is gearing up to Represent his country this weekend with team England. We wish him and the Team England 40k Community the best of luck, he gets a lot of flack from the lads but we are all proud of him go and smash it mate.

The Chaos theme continues and the Warp is spilling over!

If you thought the mortal traitors were scary, wait until you see what Chris is bringing. This isn’t just a skirmish, it’s a full-scale Daemonic Incursion.

Chris is going for Go Big or Go Home, with a monstrous lineup of Greater Daemons. Led by the Be’lakor, the list features a terrifying Who’s Who of the Warp: Skarbrand, Kairos Fateweaver, a Lord of Change, and the ever-resilient Great Unclean One.

A few of the lads went to cheeky mid week RTT at Carnagecompetitive Wednesday warfare today. We came away with 4 out of the top 5 places

1st Charles: Not officially on the team but is a close friend and bought a jersey because deep down he wants to join... Showing his flexibility and skill on something a bit different GSC

3rd Luke keeps the strong performance going on the deathwatch with another podium

4th Jonny on his favorite go to T-son's again with another solid showing and keeping him at the top end of many events over the last few months

5th Tony with his first official outing on his Guard. He's still learning the army but showing progress, also to everyone's shock Including his he came away with the best imperium player.

Now we are getting ready for the Newcastle teams next weekend where we are hoping for another good showing with 2 teams

So here is a little spotlight on Luke Cook who recently won best painted army at the South Yorkshire GT.

Luke Cook has been playing Warhammer 40k for nearly 30 years, he has played multiple armies during that time from Dark Eldar to marines and most things in-between.

This year Luke has won one Teams Tournament with Ballers Brawlers and has gone Undefeated in multiple RTTs but has yet to win a GT.

This last season he has been maining Deathwatch finishing 3rd in the UKTC ranking, he has also played both Deathguard and Astartes (Shadowmark)

Moving into the new Season Luke is undecided on what army he is looking to main as he is a serial collector (Printer Lukegames1) but is eyeing up a GT win and a 5-0 if not better.
