One month of LAGREE + PILATES STUDIO DONCASTER already!

Literally the best month! I have adored every minute of meeting so many lovely faces and leaving you with legs shaking 🤣🤭🌶️

🏋🏼 on repeat, as always

heat waves and hiking aren’t my fave combo but grateful to be exploring none the less ⛰️

What started as covering my girly Steph Blades ended in me teaching every week at PilatesBarn 🫶🏼🥹

✨✨✨NEW CLASS!

From September 14th I will be hosting a 50-minute mat Pilates class at Armthorpe Community Centre! This will be weekly, every Monday at 7pm 🤍

The class will be beginner friendly, layered to suit all levels. I will provide all equipment, so just bring your lovely self!
