Meet Ben!!⚡️

Ben has been with us for 6 weeks and has put in the hard yards. He’s maintained muscle mass, dropped body fat all while still finding time to enjoy his time with his gorgeous family. This is only the start for Benny boy! We’re so proud of you this far💙

Meet Carl!
6 weeks done, 1.3st lighter. Carl whilst with us managed to maintain skeletal muscle mass whilst dropping his body fat by 5.7%

These numbers are amazing and we’re not surprised at them after working with Carl. Hes built a real determination in here! Smashing our 6am classes, always fueling using our good healthy meal options and meeting the challenge of adding extra habits into his day to day. We couldn’t be more prouder Carl!💙⚡️
