💛 What a day at the Eco Power Stadium. 💙

Girls’ football filled the ground today and it was everything. So many young players, so much talent, so much heart.

And to top it off? The Belles U12s took home the trophy. 🏆 Teams are going to stop inviting them to tournaments soon… 🙂

Presentation season complete ✔️💛💙

Over the last two weeks we’ve celebrated everyone across the Doncaster Belles pathway - from Junior Belles, to ETC, Academy and Seniors.

This week it was the turn of ETC & Academy.

The growth of the club meant this year’s celebrations had to be spread across 3 different nights, with even the ETC & Academy needing 2 separate sessions. A brilliant problem to have.

Every single player in the Belles family matters to us. Creating opportunities for girls across Doncaster to wear the yellow shirt, enjoy football and develop in the game is what drives this club every day - while also giving the region’s top young players a pathway to compete at the highest level possible.

We are The Opportunity Club. 💛💙

Now the challenge for next year… does anyone know a venue big enough for a 1,000-person presentation evening? 😅

Last week was Talent ID Week at Doncaster Rovers Belles as we welcomed 380 girls across four days ahead of our official trials starting on 9th June.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and showed what this club means to them. The standard, attitude and energy across the week was outstanding.

We’re looking for ambitious coaches to join our pathway across the club, with opportunities to learn, develop and progress within the women’s game.

We’re passionate about creating an environment that better reflects the community we represent and encouraging more people from underrepresented backgrounds into coaching.

After deciding to move on from Doncaster Belles, both Jasmine Saxton and Hannah McWilliams leave with our thanks and appreciation for everything they have contributed in yellow and blue.

Both are members of the Belles 100 Club, with Jas also leaving as the club’s third highest goalscorer of all time - a remarkable achievement that cements her place in the club’s history.

We thank both players for their commitment, professionalism and the memories created along the way, and wish them the very best for the future. 💛💙
