After some thought, I’ve decided to make a little change to my yoga classes 🤍

I’ve absolutely loved teaching monthly themes, but I keep finding myself wanting to mix things up and follow what feels right for the class each week. So, from now on, I’m swapping monthly themes for weekly themes!

For me, it means I can be a little more creative and plan classes around what we’re all needing in that moment. And for you, it means every class has a fresh focus, lots more variety, and you never have to worry about missing part of a month’s theme if life gets in the way.

I’m really excited about this change and can’t wait to share each week’s theme with you. I have a feeling you’re going to love it! ✨🤍

Hi everyone 🤍

I hope you’re all having a lovely summer.

Just a little update to let you know that I’ve now uploaded my class schedule on Gymcatch for the rest of 2026… organised for once! 😆😅

Please note that I’ll be taking a couple of weeks off at the start of September for my wedding. I honestly can’t believe it’s only 5 weeks away now, it’s really crept up on me!

I’m also planning the themes and focus areas for our classes over the coming weeks, so if there’s anything you’d particularly like to work on or explore, I’d love to hear your ideas. Just pop me a message or let me know after class.

I can’t wait to see you all back on the mat soon.

Issy x 🤍

It’s July! ☀️ One of my favourite months of the year.

This week we’re showing your spine some love. We’ll be moving it through twists, backbends, forward folds and gentle mobility work to build strength, improve flexibility and release tension.

Your spine is designed to move so let’s help it do just that.

See you on the mat! 🧘🏼‍♀️

Just back from the most amazing week away on my hen do, with a heart so full and memories I’ll treasure forever. 💛✨

After a week of laughter, sunshine, late nights and celebrating with some of my favourite people, I’m feeling so grateful.

Now it’s time to roll the mat back out, move the body, take a deep breath, and find that little bit of balance again. I’m so ready to be back teaching and sharing practice with you all!

See you on the mat this week! 🤍🧘‍♀️

A motto to live by always 🙏🏼✨

So often we give our energy to everyone else first, leaving ourselves with whatever is left over. But you can’t pour from an empty cup.

It might be a walk in nature. A 10-minute sit with a cup of tea. Saying no to something that drains your energy. Going to bed a little earlier. Taking a few deep breaths before rushing onto the next thing.

Small acts of self-care count too.

🫶🏼✨

A collection of some hard things I’ve been doing lately….

Long distance walks, pushing through discomfort, showing up when I feel tired and stepping outside my comfort zone more than ever.

And it’s made me realise something…we can do hard things.

Yoga has given me so much more than strength and flexibility. It’s taught me resilience, patience, and how to stay steady when things feel tough. To breathe through discomfort instead of running from it.

The practice doesn’t stay on the mat — it follows you into everyday life.

So if you’re going through something challenging right now, this is your reminder: you are stronger than you think 🤍
