What is “Fighting Fit HIIT” 👀
It’s a fitness formula I’ve put together that combines intense workouts, all forms of HIIT (high-intensity interval training), and the art of boxing.
A few things to know:
1)You need zero boxing experience — this could be the first time you’ve ever put on gloves.
2)It’s hard work, but 💯% achievable.
3)It’s suitable for every fitness level — even if you’ve never stepped foot in a gym or exercised before.

5)Sessions are just 35 minutes, including fully guided stretches.
We work through HIIT exercises you’ll love (and hate 😅) while building confidence with boxing pad combinations.
