60 players took part including the current squad, ex players, friends and just absolute Savs legends. A hugely successful morning and enjoyable for everyone! Photos of the football will follow shortly and the final amount raised along with Saulfest will be announced later in the week.

Wow, what a day.

This years event has taken months of preparation and hard work and everyone that was involved from all the incredible staff at the Saville Arms Mirfield , all of Saul’s family and friends, the acts that give their time for free to perform, the generosity across the board with donations and so on, it really is unbelievable!

A special mention to Shane Allnutt who just goes above and beyond with every last detail to give us, the BEST Saul Fest yet, and by some distance too.

Thankyou to everyone that came to celebrate Saul, it was a blast and we can’t wait for next time
