Today, I want to share how to identify negative thoughts and flip them into positive vibes.
Here’s how you can start:
When you catch a negative thought, don’t ignore it. Identify it. Maybe it’s a self-doubt like, “I’m not good enough,” or a worry like, “I’ll never get this right.” Acknowledging these thoughts is crucial because it’s the first step in changing them. Here’s how you can effectively identify negative thoughts:
Emotion Triggers: Pay attention to your emotions. Negative feelings like anxiety, sadness, or frustration often stem from negative thoughts.
Physical Sensations: Notice physical reactions such as tension, a knot in your stomach, or a headache. These can be indicators of underlying negative thoughts.
Question Patterns: Ask yourself, “What was I just thinking?” whenever you feel a shift in your mood. This helps bring subconscious thoughts to the surface.
Once you’ve identified a negative thought, ask yourself, “How can I see this differently?”
