Music Bridge employs the expertise of Musicians without Borders in partnership with Culturlann Uí Chanáin, a pioneer in bringing a multi-ethnic approach to the exploration of arts and culture in the city of Derry-Londonderry. This collaborative project will train community music professionals, local musicians and community organizations in using music to contribute to reconciliation and bridge building in Northern Ireland.

Amanda Koser will lead a workshop on Wednesday 18th September entitled "Introduction to community music"

This 2-hour interactive workshop will focus on the importance of community music-making from a local to a global perspective. This follows the core idea that anyone can make music.
The workshop will highlight the direct benefits of community music-making, how to facilitate community work through musical interactions, making a meaningful contribution towards community development and social change.

No musical experience or skills required.
