⚔️ WTC 2026.

The final competition of the season was on Saturday 20th of June 2026 in Belfast. Club members Lucas Hindes achieved 3rd place in Sabre team event and Scott Adair 2nd in the Epee team event.

A big well done to all teams who competed on Saturday!

⚔️ A big well done to Joshua Garvie and Thea Leadly on their performance at the BYC U-18 Epee tournament where, they travelled across to Sheffield this weekend, accompanied by our coach Mike Westgate.

​Both of our fencers showed great composure and skill competing at the British Youth Championships on a national stage in England.

Our club members made the seven hour round trip at the weekend to compete at the 2026 Irish National Championships in Dublin.

🥉Bronze for Thomas in Edinburgh!

🔹️ ​Congratulations to Thomas, who travelled to Scotland this past weekend to compete in the Edinburgh Youth Sabre Series.

🔹️ ​Fencing in the Under-12 category, Thomas put in a strong performance to finish 3rd overall and bring home a bronze medal. It’s great to see our younger fencers traveling for competition and seeing their hard work pay off.

⚔️ Club member Joshua Garvie Takes 2nd at the U-17 2026 Rising Stars Challenge Cup.

​A big well done to Joshua Garvie for his performance at the Rising Stars Challenge Cup last Sunday, March 22nd.

​Joshua represented the club in the U-17 Epee category, putting in a strong performance across his pools and direction eliminations to secure 2nd place overall.
