Sleep, recovery, punctuality, communication, coachability, consistency

Everybody wants to know the best conditioning session, but few want to hear that putting their phone away an hour before bed and training will improve their performance more

By the time someone joins, we’ve already looked at workload, stress, family commitments, travel, recovery, energy leaks and where performance is currently breaking down.

They have a systems problem. The reason health becomes reactive isn’t because people suddenly lose discipline.

It’s because the demands of business eventually overpower the structure around them.
We don’t build around motivation, we build around reality.

The gym is 30 mins - 1 hour, the other 167 are where performance is won or lost.
