Wednesday 26th August 📍 Breadsall Memorial Hall

This coming Wednesday’s outdoor class now has a later start time of 6pm! 🎉 Hopefully this later start time means more of you will be able to come and join in the Zumba fun outdoors! It’s the last chance to experience this class outdoors before we return to our regular home in September.

So spread the word and invite your friends to come and give it a try.

**BONUS- the weather is saying it’s supposed to be cooler than last time which is even better! 🙌🏻

☀️ 2 DAYS UNTIL WE TAKE ZUMBA OUTSIDE… FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME! ☀️

💃 Whether you’ve never tried Zumba before or you’re one of our regulars, everyone is welcome. There’s absolutely no judgement - just great music, follow along routines, lots of laughs and a chance to do something a little different this summer.

☀️ Wednesday 12th August – 5:30pm

📍 Breadsall Memorial Hall (on the field behind the hall)
⏱️ 45-minute class
💷 Just £6 per class

💵 Cash is preferred, although bank transfer can also be made on the day.

☀️ The British weather has decided it’s going to be a beautiful sunny class so don’t forget to bring:
💧 Water
🧺 A small towel
🕶️ 🧢 Sunglasses and/or a cap
⚡ Plenty of energy and your biggest smile!

👨‍👩‍👧 The class itself is for ages 16+, but children are welcome to come along provided they remain supervised by their parent or guardian. We’ll be dancing on the field behind the hall, with a park right next door for them to enjoy.

✨ Bring a friend, bring your family, or come on your own and meet some lovely new people. If you’ve ever thought, “I’d like to try Zumba one day,” this is the perfect opportunity. The more, the merrier!

This summer we’re trying something brand new, and we’d love you to be part of it! 🌿💃

Join Anthony (a.k.a. The Zumba Ant) for our first ever outdoor Zumba classes in the beautiful surroundings of Breadsall Village. Dance in the fresh air, enjoy the summer sunshine (hopefully! 🤞) and experience the feel-good energy of Zumba in a whole new way.

💃 Fun first. Fitness second.
Whether you’ve never tried Zumba before or you’re one of our regulars, everyone is welcome. There’s absolutely no judgement - just great music, follow along routines, lots of laughs and a chance to do something a little different this summer.

Today we had to say goodbye to one of our zumba colony 😞 soon to be moving to sunny sunny Spain (not jealous at all!) - tonight’s playlist was handpicked by the lady herself and there were some Bangers!!! 🎵💃 We even got the wings out for a final Celine sendoff 🎤

Good luck on your new adventure , we will certainly miss you on our Zumba Wednesdays.

We also had a shoutout tonight for Helen who hit her class 2️⃣5️⃣ goal! Congratulations 👏 Keep up the great work 🤩

Tonight it’s our last class before we break up for the summer holidays so I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for coming and dancing with me during my first year as your Zumba guide! It means the world and you are the best Zumba fam ever! 🤩🙌🏻🌎

📣NO ZUMBA TONIGHT 📣

Well… after yesterday’s “the class is going ahead no matter what!” message, we have been well and truly defeated by the warm weather! 😅☀️

So, with great reluctance, tonight’s Zumba class is sadly CANCELLED.

I was all set with a heat-friendly playlist, extra water breaks and a plan to sweat our way through it together, but Mother Nature seems to have had other ideas! 🌡️🥵

Enjoy the evening, stay cool, and we’ll be back next week when hopefully the weather remembers we’re in the UK! 🇬🇧😂

☀️💃 ZUMBA IS ON TOMORROW! 💃☀️

The class is running as normal, but with temperatures set to be very warm, here are your Zumba Musts for when it’s HOT, HOT, HOT! 🔥

💧 Drink plenty of water throughout the day and bring a bottle with you.

🧺 Bring a towel – you’re definitely going to need it!

👕 Wear light, breathable clothing.

⏸️ We’ll be taking a few longer pauses between tracks to give everyone chance to recover.

🎵 Don’t feel you have to push quite as hard as normal. The heat makes your body work harder, so focus on enjoying the class and keeping moving rather than chasing maximum intensity.

🎶 I’ve also mixed a few steadier tracks into the playlist to help us manage the heat while still having a great workout.

❤️ Listen to your body. If you need to stop, slow down, grab a drink, or rest for longer at any point, please do.

🏃‍♀️ Still come along! Moving your body is still beneficial, and you’ll likely feel like you’ve worked hard even at a lower intensity because of the warmer conditions.

🎉 Most importantly, bring the positive vibes! We’re all in it together, so let’s make it feel like a summer fiesta!
