🌿☀️ 𝐀𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫 - 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 ?
I’ve recently been approached with an exciting opportunity, and I’d love to get a better understanding of whether there would be interest within the community 💛
We’re exploring the possibility of creating a welcoming movement-based class at Alvaston Park - a space to move, connect, and support wellbeing in a way that feels accessible and enjoyable for all.
Sessions could include yoga, dance, Pilates-inspired movement, relaxation, and mindful movement practices.
The hope would be to hold sessions outdoors when the weather allows, with an indoor space available if it rains or turns cold.
We’re also trying to understand whether daytime or evening sessions would suit people best.
