Long Eaton Riding Club (Offical Page) Long Eaton Riding Club was established in 1972 and is one of the longest standing riding clubs in the area. Any inquiries please don't hesitate to message us.

Over the years the club has grown and we aim to cater for a large variety of equestrian disciplines. From showing, working hunter, dressage and showjumping to games and handy pony. Suitable for beginners to the more competitive rider. No membership is required to attend any of our events. Showground address:
Lanes Garden Centre, Breaston Lane, Risley. DE72 3TT

What a brilliant day we had again today - some busy classes with lots of tough competition and lots of fun all round πŸ₯°

All set up and ready for Sunday! 😍
Entries are taken on the day if you haven't pre-entered, or want to add on any extra classes on the day at our booking in tent. Pre-entries are still open until 7pm tonight, so plenty of time to get them in and save yourself time on the day βœ…οΈ

Please bring plenty of water for yourselves and your horses, as well as sunscreen to keep you both protected if the sun does end up coming through! We can only hope πŸ€£β˜€οΈ

As previously discussed, it's also important to take precautions against Equine Influenza with the cases going around across the country at the moment - for more information, please follow this link: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1BV53EXbq8/

Gates will open at 08.30 on Sunday, so please do not arrive earlier as you will block the road. No lunging on the ground at anytime, and please ensure that the entrance gate is kept CLOSED at all times to ensure the safety of fellow competitors and their horses❗️

If you are bringing dogs, these must be watched at all times and kept on a short lead for safety purposes 🐢

There are toilets on site and the catering van will be open - please bring a plastic bag and make sure that you take any rubbish home with you 🏑
