Heart warming session this morning, a lady who cried after a mat class because she couldn’t do this things that were expected of her, who lost hope after attending an arthritis clinic because she felt like she was old and broken. The Reformer supported her body in a way that creates a bridge back to function, realising her inner potential and that she can move, play with the grand kids and not feel strained. It is possible to break out of unhelpful patterns of movement at any age when you find something that works for you
