P.S. I know there are some great classes out there that are fantastic, this isn’t me saying you shouldn’t do them. I know lots of coaches that run brilliant classes! This post is for you if you feel like your current classes aren’t doing it for you anymore, and you want to get comfortable training by yourself.

I want your energy to go into the stuff that will actually give you a return on your effort.

Especially if you’re low on time and energy to train, try and minimise the amount you’re spending on planning.

If you’re following a decent program, you can get in the gym, train well and get out. No more wondering ‘what am I doing in the gym today…’

The simpler the session, the more you can challenge yourself with the effort you’re putting in, rather than the wasted energy on guessing and planning.

If you’re still here and that hasn’t put you right off, we could be a nice fit for coaching :)

Some may say this is completely uninspiring 😂

But I can see how easy it is to get wrapped up in signing up for stuff that isn’t even relevant to you, because it’s what everyone else is engaging in.

Whatever your goals and hopes are for training, whether it’s a huge feat of strength, or just making it to the gym once per week, as long as it’s something that matters to you, then it’s a valid goal, regardless of how big, small or impressive it is.

I’d never want someone to give up on training and experiencing all the benefits it can bring just because they feel their reasons for being there aren’t enough. They most definitely are enough.
