It's been 3 years since we last went to competition and for some their very first time. 20 competitors from Denmead Washinkai Karate School competing in Kata and Kumite at the Washinkia Karate Nationals. It takes so much courage and self discipline to step on to the competition mat to face uncertainty, especially so young. You are all winners. From a very proud Sensei😁🥋.
