You only need old training clothes, gloves and trainers, all of which will get muddy, so don’t splash out on special gear

We had a nice relaxing run across some fields today. Sometimes we like to include a session at Boonies the obstacle assault course located at Bettshanger Park. We typically leave Bettshanger Park car park at 10:30 on a Sunday. Feel free to join us.

We are training again 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 this Sunday we shall be at Betteshanger Park, starting at 9am, we’ve arranged with MY/PT a session on the obstacle course (£5 per person charge) then a trail run afterwards (free)... all are welcome to join regardless of your fitness level 💪🏼🏃🏼‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻

Time to dust off your trainers. As some of the team are recovering from injuries, we will be going for a gentle run this Sunday, meeting at the top of Northwall Rd, Deal at 10am. Come and join us by the railway crossing (CT14 6PP will get you close).
If you haven't been running for a while, or ever, then this week will be a good week to come along.

I am sure like us, you hope to be getting out and about with your friends. We encourage you to do something and keep some momentum going.

Understandably it can be hard to be motivated when we are having dull, dreary days with wet and cold weather.

Get yourself out there, but remember if you are on your own then take a few sensible precautions
Take a phone with you Let someone know where you are going and when you expect to be back Take emergency contact details, park run sell a great wristband for this

As soon as we can, we will organise a run in the country with obstacles, mud and water.

In the meantime stay safe and stay fit.

Unfortunately we have to cancel tomorrow’s session. As soon as it is both legal and sensible to train we will start training again.

Sunday 20th "House of cards" epic pre Xmas training session

Departing from the train tracks at the end of Northwall Road (CT14 6PP)

This training session will include the MY/PT obstacle course in Betteshanger Park, and will cost £5 per person to enter, we will aim to arrive at the facility at 11:15am, you can join in with us from here if you wish to get a taster for the course

This is our last training session before Christmas, there are options to join us for the whole session or meet us on route, all are welcome so get in touch and join us for a little festive fun

Gloves and change of clothes are recommended as there will be mud, water and more mud

Not every session is the same and there are always options put in place for those that aren’t ready for a long run, regardless of your fitness level all are welcome 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️🦾🤪

The gang at SOS absolutely love this weather. It turns what might be just a trail run into something quite different. Come and join us on Sunday meeting at 10am. You will find us at Granville Rd/Liverpool Rd close to Walmer castle.
