🏁 WOODTHORPE ROUNDS 6 & 7 + GP PLATE WEEKEND 🏁

What a weekend of racing at Woodthorpe! 🔥

ROUND 6 – SUNDAY

Caleb showed some serious pace all day, fighting hard in a very competitive Rotax Inter grid.

🥇 Heat 2: 35.499 fastest lap
🥇 Heat 3: 35.356 fastest lap
🥇 Final: 35.279 – fastest lap of the final

Despite getting caught up in an incident at Turn 1 in the final and being sent off onto the grass, Caleb recovered and continued to show the pace to run right back at the sharp end finishing 4th.

ROUND 7 / GP PLATE – MONDAY

And if anything, Monday showed the pace even more!

🥇 Heat 1: P1 + 35.425 fastest lap
🥇 Heat 2: P5 + 35.252 fastest lap
🥇 Heat 3: P8 + 35.554 fastest lap

Heat 3 was a particularly frustrating one, with an incident at the start not Calebs fault but bringing him to a stop! leaving Caleb a lap down and then a red flag but once again the lap time told the real story — fastest lap of the heat again!

Then came the final. Starting P5 due to the previous red flag heat, Caleb battled hard all the way and crossed the line P3, unfortunately picking up a 5-second penalty afterwards through a questionable decision.

But once again… FASTEST LAP OF THE FINAL — 35.415. 🔥

So across the two days, Caleb took the fastest lap in 7 out of 8 races, including both finals.

The results don't always tell the full story, but the pace certainly does.

Two days. Two finals. Eight races. Fastest in seven of them! 🔥

The speed is absolutely there. Now we just need a bit of luck to go our way! 💪🏁

Fulbeck Championship – Round 6 🏁

Mini Max 950 | Caleb's first-ever MSUK event 🇬🇧

What a weekend! This was Caleb's first MSUK event and his first opportunity to gain a signature on his race licence. As a novice, Caleb was required to start each of the heats from the final three grid positions, making the results even more impressive.

Heat 1 – Started 6th, finished 3rd 🏁
After being spun off on lap 2, Caleb put in a brilliant recovery drive to fight his way back through the field and finish P3. The kart responsible for the incident received a 5-second penalty.

Heat 2 – Started 4th, finished 1st 🥇
A great start, some strong overtakes and then Caleb controlled the race to take his first heat win!

Heat 3 – Started 5th, finished 2nd 🥈
Another strong drive. Pole position was lost on the final lap, but Caleb finished just 0.21 seconds behind the winner.

The combined heat results meant Caleb had done enough to qualify on pole position for the final! 💪🏆

Unfortunately, a poor start on lap 1 meant Caleb dropped back and found himself battling his teammate Ayrton 77 all the way to the finish. Despite the pressure, Caleb held on for a fantastic P2 finish! 🥈

From starting at the back as a novice in every heat to pole position for the final and P2 overall at his very first MSUK event... we couldn't be prouder! ❤️🏁

A huge learning weekend, some fantastic racing, and most importantly, signature number one on the race licence complete! ✅

Fulbeck Sprint Series

First time entering the sprint series at Fulbeck, great weekend, lots learnt throughout. Not the overall result we was hoping for but a solid result none the less finishing 6th 🙂
