Now the suns out more I’m doing a lot more outdoor sessions. It’s been great to to see people in the community getting outside, moving more and feeling better.

*Update* I’ve always been mobile and mainly trained clients outdoors, especially with the weather lately ☀️

But I’ve had a lot of people asking to train in a gym environment, so after speaking with Mel at Esteem Fitness, I’m now officially opening PT slots at our local gym alongside continuing my mobile coaching.

So whether you prefer:
• Gym based training
• Outdoor sessions
• Or training in the comfort of your own home

I’ve now got all options available now.

The main thing I’m trying to emphasise is that MOVEMENT is IMPORTANT.

So if it’s something you’ve struggled to commit to, maybe you’ve been trying to do it in a way you don’t enjoy.

I encourage everyone to go out, use our local fields, try exercise facilities, join groups. Go for a hike. Try padel. Try badminton. Try swimming. Try cycling. Just go find something you enjoy that gets you moving.

I went from struggling through 1 mile to nearly 10 in under 2 months. Next month I’m running a half marathon (13mi) because the body adapts fast when you train properly and stay consistent.

Most people are capable of way more than they think but they lack structure, accountability and someone pushing them past the point they normally quit.

If you’re from Woodford and you want to lose weight, improve fitness, build confidence or just stop feeling unfit, message me. All levels are welcome here. Let me help you improve.

Thank you guys for the incredible amount of support both the Library and I have received these past 2 weeks. Our library, a cultural focal point of any village, is ever closer to its funding raising goal because of this fantastic community.

On a yet to be scheduled day in June I will be running a half marathon around our village. If anyone is interested in joining me drop me a message and I will share the details with you.

The whole run will either be recorded somehow or live streamed to this group if that’s possible to do.

I have plans for the run, including several pit stops at local monuments and village favourite businesses. If anyone would like to get involved by taking part in pit stop segments message me too.

I would love to make this something that can bring our community closer together. Thank you guys, see you soon with another update!

First off, a big thank you to everyone who’s got behind the library. Whether you’ve donated or helped spread the word, it’s truly appreciated.

There is a lot of high quality content planned for this village community this month but first as promised, here’s a quick little update where I test my cardio to see how far off I am from being able to run the 13 miles (spoiler: a long way off lol)

⚠️ Woodford Halse Library needs your support!

Our local library is a free, community-run space powered by a group of amazing volunteers and right now it needs funding to stay strong and improve.

There’s an active GoFundMe to fund essential renovations and upgrades so the library can continue serving the community.

100% of donations go directly towards restoring and improving the library.

In an attempt to raise awareness for this campaign I’ll be running a half marathon around our village in the first week of June.

Quick fact: Chicken is the best meat for building lean muscle because it has one of the best protein to calorie ratios out of any meat.

More protein for fewer calories = easier fat loss while holding or building muscle.
