All of our Flip & Stick Gymnastics sessions have now finished for the summer break! 💙💛

A huge thank you to all of our amazing parents for your continued support throughout the year.

It has been an absolute pleasure teaching your children each week. Watching them grow in confidence, develop new skills, overcome challenges and achieve their next badges has been so rewarding. You should all be incredibly proud of how far they’ve come this year! 🌟

Have a wonderful, safe and relaxing summer, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back in September and see some new faces for another fantastic term of learning, fun and gymnastics! 🤸✨

They’ve all earned their next badge and level, and I couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them. Their hard work, determination and confidence have grown so much throughout the year, and they’ve truly deserved every achievement.

Now it’s time for a well-earned summer break for these schools before we get back to it in September for another fantastic year of learning, growing and having fun! 💪⭐

Just one more school to have their final session on Monday then we’re done for the summer!

💪 Today’s Challenge Winner… BETSY! 🏆

What an incredible effort from Betsy today! She beat everyone in our challenge by completing an amazing 40 shoulder taps whilst balancing on the parallette bars! 🤯🔥

The past two weeks gymnastics sessions have been fantastic! 🤸💙

This week we’ve gone back to basics, because in gymnastics the starting position is just as important as the skill itself.

Our gymnasts have been working hard on:
✨ Strong stretched starting positions
✨ Correct lunge positions for cartwheels
✨ Good posture, body tension and presentation
✨ Building the foundations for cleaner, more confident skills

It’s easy to want to rush straight into the exciting tricks, but taking the time to perfect the basics now will make a huge difference as they progress. We’re so proud of the focus, determination and resilience every gymnast has shown this week!

Flip & Stick Gymnastics is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic gymnastics coach to join our team from September!

📍 Locations: Dartford, Sidcup & Gravesend
🕒 Hours: Approximately 3:00pm–4:30pm (term time only)
💷 Competitive rates of pay

We’re looking for someone who:
⭐ Has a passion for working with children
⭐ Is enthusiastic, reliable and professional
⭐ Has gymnastics coaching experience (preferred)
⭐ Has experience working with children (desirable)
⭐ Can help create fun, engaging and safe gymnastics sessions

This role is perfect for someone looking for rewarding, part-time work alongside other commitments.
