The last couple of weeks we have had a proper go at the overhanging trees on the course. This was the 6th today, hopefully making it a wee bit easier for the low cut into the green 😉

Plenty more to do, we are always trying to improve the course for everyone 👌

Today the bunkers finally got a make over 👍

Been so busy trying to keep the green alive with what little water we have. Now we are on top of that, we can get back to tidying up some bits that are overdue.

Plenty more is getting done and I'm sure you will see the difference soon 🌳🪓

Greens having a drink today, decided against cutting them today to try and protect them from the heat 🥵

We know it's not perfect but for 10 quid it's pretty good, still cheapest golf in Dumfries and Galloway 👌

Course has recovered well after our 1 week summer last week 😂.

Starting to come together now, still abit more work next week to get the greens better.

You should all start to see the difference in them now 🙏

As some people might have seen we have a BBQ at the course this year.

Why not get a burger or a hotdog after your round of golf and then get a drink at the Tee Room Bar Kippford.

It has been too long since I last posted.

Tbh I have been battling the weather, this season has been unreal with the weather. I think every course has been under a lot of pressure and greenkeepers

I'm not going to lie it's been challenging and the course is not where I want it to be. This week with the north wind stopping and the feed kick in, I have seen light at the end of the tunnel.

We will continue and I have high hopes the greens will be very good very soon.

Since reseeding the greens we have had a 2nd winter but I have seen the first new shoots today.
