Here's what is going on at Future Youth Zone, Dagenham this April.
If your between 13 and 19 come down for badminton sessions - Monday, Friday and Saturday where I will be coaching.
Become a member for £5 a year and then pay 50p per visit.
Badminton racquets and shuttles available for free at the session.

Barking and Dagenham Youth Zone, named by young people as ‘Future’, will be a purpose-built facility for the borough’s young people aged 8 – 19, and up to 25 for those with disabilities. It will also be London’s first OnSide Youth Zone.
