So people have been asking, so we’ve decided to bring it🥊😃

Starting Wednesday 2nd September, we’ll be running an Adults MMA session at Parry Grappling Academy from 6:15–7:30pm.

The sessions will run every other Wednesday. If you fancy giving it a go, drop us a message! Everyone is welcome. 💪

What a day yesterday was for Ffion at the Elite BJJ Junior World Gi & No-Gi Championships in Wolverhampton! 🥋🔥

🥇 Gi World Champion – Gold medal with 2 subs
🥈 No-Gi – Silver medal after another good performance

£6 a class or £40 a month for all sessions.
