**🌱 Coach’s Reflection | 30+ Years of Growth & Awakening 🌱**
After over three decades in an industry that gave me room to grow, thrive, and live a life filled with purpose, I find myself reflecting deeply.
I used to believe I was part of the industry. But now, with the wisdom that comes from being on the other side of 50, I see things differently.
I wasn’t just working—I was living a life rooted in humanity. My passion, my drive, my joy… they weren’t tied to titles or systems. They were tied to people, to purpose, to the impact I made.
Yes, I’ve seen the harsh realities. I’ve felt the sting of being overlooked, shunned, and told I didn’t belong. But I now realise: I *do* belong—just not in the way I thought.
I belong in spaces where authenticity matters. Where growth is shared. Where humanity leads.
To my teachers, mentors, and even the challenges—thank you. You helped me find my true place.
