⚡️ No run club until the 28th ⚡️
Next session being held on the track at the Crystal Palace sports centre.

My marathon training took a massive dip in August, but I’m slowing dragging it back to life…..managed a slow 22 miles & sprints this week. I’m way off the pace but I’m more concerned about getting my running buzz back. It’ll come!

There’s something about running on the track that is therapeutic…and Just a bit fuc*king cool! I love it, so come join us in a few weeks!

*beginners & advanced will both be at 6:30

15 miles on Saturday finished off with a with .g.duddy.

My marathon training has taken a massive sh*t dive recently. I’m fatigued and grieving hard.

Putting One foot on front of the other and I’m slowly coming back to life.

Run club on tonight. Beginners class has changed to 6pm & advanced is still to 6:30 🦍

Started my Don’t bottle it….BOLT IT!week with 5 miles In rye with my brother ❤️

My marathon training has taken a back seat the last couple week but Sharing at Last weeks and a few days camping with family has lifted so much energy from my mind and I am ready to run!

Instead of the monthly bolt half marathon. I encourage you to get out and move this week. Run or walk 5k, 10k or a half marathon over the week. Send me your beautiful sweaty selfies! shout out on your stories. Tell me why your running! Let’s spread mental health awareness together

Thursday night really felt special.

I was given the opportunity to share my story at the latest

It wasnt easy but felt good opening up Along with .e.hepworth who all left me feeling inspired.

And the interval music by just pulled the night together perfectly. He is an incredible and effortless talent.

The platform & have created for individuals is beautiful and they really do make London feel local.

I spoke about my silent battle with bulimia and my pain and greif. My life has been saved through conversations many times. The power of talking and sharing can’t be prescribed. If we could put it into a pill we’d all be popping them!

Let’s make conversations on ‘uncomfortable’ topics more free flowing. We can all do better. Open you arms and mind as much as you can, you never know what a difference it may make.

‘It’s a common perception that runners are running away from something. But I welcome you to come run with me man, we will not get caught because I am way too fast!’

Tonight’s event is here!

I’m nervous and excited all at the same time to be one of the talkers.

Writing and talking about grief and eating disorders doesn’t come easy. But it’s been great therapy over the last few weeks….

This morning I ran 7 miles with no music to clear my mind. I am feeling very ready to share my story!

I am feeling this weather! 🌞 Cool down after today’s 20k.

training starts TOMORROW. I’m really excited to throw myself straight back into the training. I’m Aiming to finish in under 3:20. SO sh*t loads of work to do! I’m reaaaaady!

Our third Bolt half marathon of the series in Crystal Palace park!

By far my favourite one yet! The energy from regular and new BOLT runners was electric ⚡️ big thanks to & for hosting us!

We run to raise awareness for male su***de. I spoke before the run yesterday and wanted to talk about this but the words didn’t roll out of my mouth. They are ugly words but ones that need to be spoken about! The statistics for male su***de are so extreme.

So I’m grateful to share this space with so many beautiful people that want to talk about it ⚡️

We all run for different reasons. Mine is for therapy and it’s a common perception that runners are running away from something!? It’s probably true….But we won’t be caught!!!

Don’t bottle it……BOLT IT!!!!
