School of Kung Fu is a professional full time martial arts school for all the family with 3500 square feet (three training rooms) of training space with full time instructors. We offer you a 30 day free trial and do age specific classes for beginners, intermediate and advance classes, Little Dragons are 4-6 years, Juniors are 7

-12 years and adults are 13+ years. We have free parking and have excellent public transport links from London and Croydon. We are classroom recognised by the London Confucius Institute TCM at the South Bank University. We work very closely with the Confucius Institute and students have performed with Chinese performers from the university at Westminster Halls, National Portrait Gallery, Fairfield Halls, Whitgift Shopping Centre. Today was a proud day for me as I watched all of my students showcase the results of their hard work, dedication, and commitment. Every student stepped forward with confidence, determination, and a positive attitude, demonstrating how much they have grown through consistent training and perseverance.
As an instructor, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing students develop not only their skills but also their discipline, focus, and perseverance. Each individual gave their best effort, supported one another, and represented the values we strive to build both on and off the table.
The recent grading was a reflection of the countless hours of practice, learning, and improvement that have taken place over time. Success is never achieved overnight—it comes from patience, resilience, and the willingness to keep pushing forward even when challenges arise. Today, every student showed exactly that.
I am incredibly proud of what this group has accomplished and grateful to be part of their journey. Congratulations to all of my students for their outstanding effort and achievements. Continue working hard, stay humble, trust the process, and never stop believing in your potential. The future is bright, and this is only the beginning of even greater accomplishments to come.

A new chapter in the history of the Eternal Spring Institute is about to begin.

After establishing our European home in Madeira, I am honored to announce that at the beginning of 2027, the Eternal Spring Institute will expand once again with the opening of a second European location.

This new institute will be founded in Sicily.

For centuries, Sicily has stood at the crossroads of civilizations. A land of ancient wisdom, rich cultural heritage, breathtaking landscapes, and a spirit shaped by thousands of years of history. From its Greek temples and Norman castles to its vibrant traditions and strong sense of identity, Sicily is one of the most extraordinary places in Europe.

It is a land that understands the value of preserving tradition while embracing the future values that resonate deeply with the mission of the Eternal Spring Institute.

Today, I am also pleased to share that this project is no longer just a vision. The land and venue have already been secured.

The future home of the Eternal Spring Institute in Sicily will be built on a property of approximately 1,200 square meters, including a 500-square-meter venue dedicated to training, education, research, cultural activities, and the preservation of our unique Internal Wing Chun 1700/1800 Curriculum.

This new institute will strengthen our commitment to preserving and transmitting the authentic teachings of our Internal Wing Chun and the rest of our Eternal Spring institute curriculum. It will allow us to reach more students throughout Italy and Europe while creating a lasting center where tradition, knowledge, and community can flourish for generations to come.

For now, the exact Sicilian location will remain a secret.

Over the coming months, I will share more details about the development of the institute, the transformation of the property, and why this special place was chosen to become part of the Eternal Spring story.

What I can say is this:

The foundations have been laid.

The vision is becoming reality.

Madeira was the first step.

Sicily is next.

The Eternal Spring continues to grow.
