High achievers are often the ones who struggle most with consistency.

Not because they lack discipline; but because they expect too much from themselves! Sound familiar?

They apply the same mindset that works in business:

All in. High standards. No compromise.

But fitness doesn’t work like that.

Life is unpredictable.

Work gets busy. Kids get sick. Energy fluctuates.

And if your plan only works under perfect conditions, it’s not a good plan.

What actually works is building something you can stick to:

What I see time and time again coaching professionals and parents is this:

They’re simply not setting their day up properly.

When your nutrition lacks:

Good nutrition means eating balanced meals with enough protein, enough micronutrients, a healthy fat source, and carbs placed sensibly around workouts to keep your energy steady - when you need it.
