Sarcopenia doesn’t start overnight — and it doesn’t only belong to “old age.” It creeps in quietly, often ignored, underestimated, and brushed off as a natural part of getting older.

But losing muscle is not something we just have to accept.

Since I started running the “Better Version of Yourself” challenge 6 years ago — a project where we lose weight, learn proper nutrition, and build healthier habits — I’ve realized something important… 12 weeks is just not enough for most people to truly build lasting routines around movement, activity, and proper movement patterns.

That’s exactly why I created SOFT MILITARY — a natural continuation of the journey. Because once the foundation is solid, that’s when we can really start building the house.

This program is all about creating a strong, functional body that will serve you for years. We’ll train 4 times per week, including 2 EMS sessions, with constant support, accountability, motivation and healthy eating — the things people need most to actually achieve real, lasting success.

Tomorrow, we begin our very first edition!!!!!.

The brutal truth about abs 🔥

You can watch and test a million “best ab exercises”…
BUT the truth is simple—and for many, uncomfortable 👇

👉 Your visible abs are mostly about your diet and body fat level.
Got belly fat? You need to lose it.
➡️ Calorie deficit. Period.
❌ There are no magical exercises that burn fat only from your stomach.

That’s a myth that keeps spreading online.
BUT 👇
If you want a strong core that:
✔️ stabilizes your spine
✔️ protects you from injuries
✔️ improves your performance

➡️ you actually need to train it properly
And here comes another brutal truth…
❌ There’s no point doing fancy, complicated exercises from TikTok

HIIT Group Classes on Fitness Trampolines

Looking for something intense, effective, and seriously fun? Our Thursday HIIT trampoline classes might be exactly what you need.

We use one of the safest and most well-researched pieces of fitness equipment — trampolines with elastic bands that absorb impact and protect your joints. It’s low-impact, but don’t be fooled… these workouts are highly demanding.

You’ll be training right on the edge of your aerobic and anaerobic zones, which is why the intensity is so powerful and results come fast. Add energizing music and an incredible group atmosphere, and you’ve got a session that will push you to your limits.

Core engagement is key — a tight abs and soft, controlled bouncing technique are essential. If you’re not activating your core, you’re not using the trampoline correctly.

If you love a serious workout and want to challenge yourself — this class is for you.
