Our last ever game as Coney Hall Hawks 🥹
A fitting way to end the season with a very respectable draw against city select 👏
My last game as coach too...it's been a pleasure to coach these boys not just this season...from the very start from mini soccer.
Plenty of ups and downs,blood sweat and tears.
It's memories that me and Henry will never forget.
I wish every player all the luck in their new journeys in football.
Man of the match today was max,a real solid display from him at the back,making important tackles and playing out from the back,well done max!

🎶we've got the best keeper in the league🎶
A feisty encounter vs balham ballers today in the heat.
A draw was probably a bit unfair for them as they hit the woodwork a few times and our fantastic keeper William kept out the side numerous times🙌
All in all real solid performance from all today considering the circumstances we are under at the moment.
All in all a very entertaining game at today with the sun beating down...it's what sunday's at the club are all about🙌🔴⚫
Man of the match was actually pretty tight...George had the best game his had for a while...if it's in midfield or sitting in at center back...did really well today🙌...and Freddie who's work rate is really outstanding...from the first kick to the very last he gives 100% and puts his body on the line for the team....even in the dying seconds he has a shot in goal and sprints down the other end to stop a cross he has no right to get too💪
But ultimately William again does what his done season after season and made game saving saves,it's been a pleasure to watch him grow as a GK...I'm sure he will go on to bigger and better things as he gets older 🙏

We came out winners in our battle with beckenham United eagles,after a slow first half being 3-0 down a couple of worldies from zac and Freddie,we upped it from there and ran out winners in the 🌞
Men of the match was our two little dynamos zac and Freddie
Both of them starring again

We came away with a win today against a well drilled team in west Wickham,was tricky not being used to such a big pitch a down hill slope and wind,but we battled hard and got the W.

On another note,I have decided I will be stepping down as coach of the hawks at the end of this season,it's not been a easy decision but I believe it's time for me to watch Henry as a parent and not a coach.
We've had some great moments over the years and I'm glad I was able to be a small part in all my players present and past footballing journey,I've had a blast coaching the hawks.
We still have some games left and a final to compete in,so it's not over just yet,we will make sure we give it our all for the remainder of the season💪
Shout out to my assistants over the years,Paul,Andrew and Martin....couldn't have done it without your help 🙌
Finally thank you to the parents,I've always been lucky to have such a great bunch of parents,thank you for turning up in the wind...rain and blazing sun♥️

A big day for the hawks.today,a win against our friends Addiscombe all stars,a valid effort from them being a man down and then 2 men down from an injury.
We move into the copper final after a win today.
Man of the match was will,a.clean sheet and some great saves to secure that.
Alot has happened off the pitch today regarding our future,I just want to say that I'm so proud to have been been apart of my team since the very start and apart of the club.
What ever the future holds I'm proud to wear the Coney hall badge and be apart of the family♥️

Another loss today to a well drilled unique side,our last group game saw us lose 2-0.
We battled very well from the first minute till the last but just wasn't to be our day.
Alot of good performances out there today but the two players who got right stuck in and didn't put a foot wrong was max and Henry...a real solid effort from our defence duo.
Well done both 🔴⚫
We dust ourselves down and go again next week

Tough one to take today,a 3-2 loss in the spring cup against Beckenham town red jfc
We played some good stuff and battles hard,just couldn't get anymore against Thier keeper who made some top saves today.
The post and bar also halted us
But the boys can be proud of themselves today.
The lack of football this year has really dented our form and confidence but we will pick the boys up and go again next week.
Man of the match today was ilyas,he bagged an impressive goal and worked hard for his team.

Tough day at the office,after no training and no games for a long time,we was far from our usual standards.
We did battle hard today but it just wasn't enough.
We hope we can get playing consistently now and get back to playing week in week out.
Man of the match was Henry today,one of his better games his played for the hawks,was solid in tackles and interceptions was read well.
Well done Henry 💪🔴⚫

Tough day at the office today for the boys,a convincing win for vision FC after we started well and taking the lead from a well took goal from Martin,and him nearly adding his second with a shot from close range hitting the bar and bouncing in the line... possibly went over.
Vision upped the efforts and ended up comfortable in the end playing some good football.
We're in a process of trying to be more possession based and still early days but heading in the right direction.
Man of the match was our number 1 William pulling off some sensational saves (and that's no exaggeration)
Again proving why he is one of the best keepers around,would have been alot more goals against us today if not for his heroics,well done will🙌
