Over the past week, I had the pleasure of hosting WIZFIT Wellness days for the boys and girls at the () as part of their summer program provided by the .

The theme for the days was the importance of physical and mental wellbeing for peak performance in life.

I was absolutely blown away by how emotionally and mentally mature they all are at such a young age. Hat goes off to the PCU for nurturing such amazing and focused young individuals! 👏

I hope you all enjoyed and I look forward to seeing you all again soon.
