Emma's approach to Slimming World is truly exceptional. Emma is supportive, inspirational but never judgemental. If you were to cut Emma in half she would have "Slimming World" written through her core like a stick of rock. Always full of tips on how to navigate a world of daily temptations with the perfect balance of empathy and kindness. Always going the extra mile with little chivvying messages and pearls of wisdom to those of us she instinctively knows might be having a little wobble along the way.

Before joining Slimming World, I struggled with my weight for years and had tried countless other diets, but nothing seemed to stick long-term. I felt self-conscious and was rapidly losing confidence in myself.
After a family holiday where I dodged having pictures taken I decided to put my big girl pants on and walk into Emma's group and honestly, it was the best decision I've made.
The Food Optimising plan was a game-changer. I was surprised to find that I could eat a huge variety of delicious, filling foods without feeling hungry or deprived. I was still able to cook family favourites whilst sticking to the plan.
The group support has been invaluable. My consultant Emma and fellow members created such a positive and motivating environment.
I'm proof that it works if you're committed to making a change.
If you're considering it, I would highly recommend reaching out to Emma. It's an investment in your long-term health and well-being that is truly worth it.

I reached my target in October, roughly 11 months after starting my Slimming World journey with Emma at the monday 5pm group; I can't thank Emma enough for her incredible support, motivation and genuine care, throughout that journey; the Monday group has a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and understood - men are in a minority but that's fine! What truly sets Emma apart is her high emotional intelligence, such a brilliant quality to have with so many people to support and empathise with; every success is celebrated, no matter how small and positives and hope is found, even on weeks that don't go as planned. So we are lucky to have such a dedicated and inspiring consultant in Emma, who helps turn what some people feel impossible into an achievable and enjoyable journey.

Slimming World with Emma is like a second family. Emma is full of support and laughter and she has the enthusiasm, incredible knowledge and ideas to keep you on track, even on those days where it can be challenging. Group is exciting and supportive and the other membrs make this enjoyable and inspirational. I couldn't do this without going to each session and having Emma as my consultant. Plus, who doesn't want praising for doing well and getting a sticker along the way!!!
It's honestly worth it and I can't imagie life without this journey now and the new confidence it has brought along the way
