Booking is now live for the next Pilates/Yoga term starting April 13th! This is a 6 week term as the instructors are working the Monday 4th May Bank Holiday.

Please note, we have made some small changes to the Pilates classes and added new ones!

Hi all,

We are looking at ways to improve the classes over the next few months and would love your help.

As you have attended our classes, leaving us a Google review would really help us with getting noticed! Google reviews help us build as a small business without costing anything.

Also any class suggestions would be welcomed - we have some ideas for extra Pilates classes with more evening and possible early morning ones too. Any other ideas welcomed.
