Driving Range Safety Notice
As you’re all aware for a while now we’ve been using IRONS ONLY, however please read below the changes we’ve made as a Club.
For the safety of all golfers, visitors, staff and the general public, please read and comply with the following conditions of use:
-The maximum permitted hitting distance on out Driving Range is 225 yards, this distance must not be exceeded.
-Select and use a golf club that ensures your golf balls remain safely within the perimeter netting.
-Do not use any club or attempt any shot that is capable of projecting a golf ball beyond the perimeter netting.
-Only play shots that you are confident will remain safely within the Driving Range boundaries. If your ability or the club selected could result in a ball clearing the perimeter netting, you must use an alternative club or cease play immediately.
-You are responsible for selecting the appropriate club and maintaining control of your golf ball’s flight,direction and distance.
-If you are unsure which clubs are appropriate for use to safely hit shots within the Driving Range boundaries, please seek advice from a member of staff before hitting any shots.
-If a golf ball leaves the Driving Range, you must stop play immediately and report the incident to a member of staff.
-Failure to comply with these safety requirements may result in you being instructed to stop using the Driving Range and leave the premises. Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension or withdrawal of your right to use the club’s facilities.
