A FINAL THANK YOU !
The season is now complete and as we look back on a productive 1st season as a senior team.
MANAGEMENT TEAM:
Took on a job at the start of the season with no players and uncertainty on many different levels. They built a Team that competed well all season only missing out on promotion by 2 points . Reached a semi Final of a cup and having a good run in other cup competitions.
PLAYERS:
Coming into a brand new team they had to buy in to the vision of the club and what we want to do over the next few years on and off the pitch.
Many of these players never even knew each other let alone played with each other. Many would have doubted how the season would have went but they’ve come in had a great season.
COMMITTEE:
When they sat down and discussed the possibility of starting a senior team up, They didn’t think it would have happened as quick as it did. The behind the scenes work never stops to keep moving the club in a forward direction.
U20:
A pathway was our key priority in given younger boys the opportunity to progress through to senior football within our club. Testament to Garry, Craig & Blair, 14 players from the 20s squad all got a shot in the 1st team this season
