Aquarius Swim School State-of-the-art facilities & experienced teachers form the core of our Aquarius Swim School.

Aquarius Swim School operates from our city-wide CV Life locations and caters for all ages and abilities. Crash courses are available alongside lessons with our experienced swimming teachers. A continuous assessment is carried out for all children, enabling progression at the point when all the criteria has been achieved. The swim programme focuses on all four main strokes, water confidence and wa

ter skills. Children will develop key stroke techniques whilst working towards badges from the ASA ‘learn to swim’ pathway. Lessons are available at:

💦 Whether you're taking your first splash, building confidence in the water or looking to take your swimming to the next level, Aquarius Swim School has lessons to suit every age and ability! 💪

Physical activity has huge health benefits for children and young people 🧒

🤾‍♂️ This is why the UK Chief Medical Officers recommend children aged 5-18 get an average of at least 60 minutes a day across the week. The benefits aren’t just physical – being active can also help build social skills and improve concentration and learning.

📺 It’s also important to reduce the amount of time a child or young person is sedentary, so break up time spent sitting down watching TV and playing video games with some gentle movement.
