So I went to the gym today with my friend and had a little mess around I done 2 sets of 12 reps 35kg on low rows, 2 sets of 12 reps 25kg shoulder press, 2 sets of 10 reps 26kg smith machine, 3 sets of 10 reps Dips and then 5 reps on each kg until I got to 100 kg on the leg press
My goal for the end of the year is to get 10kg higher on everything not a big goal but an achievable goal is what counts everyone come and follow my journey through the year every follower counts
