So today marks the end of an era. 14yrs I have taught in Coulsdon and I can honestly say it’s been a pleasure. I have loved being part of everybody’s journey.

I am now passing the baton over to Sensei Paige who will do great things with the club. I am sure!

So thank you to everybody who has been part of the club, supported it and those who will continue training hard.

I will see you all soon ❤️

A huge congratulations to Sensei Paige who was promoted to 2nd dan today!

Sensei Paige has been training with me for over 10yrs, she has worked hard, not only for herself in her own training and competing, but with all of the younger students too. A fantastic role model and an absolute asset to Kaigaishii Karate. So very well deserved! 👏🏼

This saturday myself and the team are completing a 10 mile tough mudder.. a challenge to say the least!!

We are raising money for the charity ‘mind’ who support people with their mental health. A very worthy cause!
