My Goddess! What a month this has been ✨️🪐 tomorrow is the first New Moon of this astrological new year & it might feel like A LOT has been coming up for you as the cosmos supports us in aligning with our highest self and vision for this life. There is such a lot going on astrologically right now
Are the pros on that! But here's my offering on what can support 🙏🏻
Maybe you've felt a swing from feeling aligned with who and where u are meant to be/going, centred and confident to the polar opposite at times.
Perhaps the stuff in your inner & outer world that is not serving you is simply unable to be denied or ignored anymore.
So it's super important to remember (reminder to myself too as ever!)...
What's holding us back becomes heightened so it can be more fully known to us so we can finally release it and write a new narrative. If we open to the discomfort it might bring, we can understand what unconscious contracts we've agreed to and what ones have truly served their time.
The further the arrow is pulled back, the further it can soar. The further we journey into our underworld of our subconscious beliefs, habits, unheld grief and anger, the clearer our thoughts and actions, the deeper our joy and love can be.
Remember our elemental allies and the support they can provide. A few practices;
💨Sacred smoke to cleanse and release, give thanks to the beautiful sage or other cleansing herb you use before asking it to clear any heaviness or lingering blockages in all the layers of your multidimensional self. Invite all of your senses fully into the experience to ground and uplift you.
💧Water to wash away the old- salt baths or wild swimming or even just singing/praying to the water in your shower to help wash away stagnant energies, to cleanse your energy body, to allow clarity to emerge and flow of life force
🌎Earth to ground and connect with Mother Earths healing electrical charge and sooth your nervous system. Visualise the unserving habit patterns in your mind and body being released down through your feet into the earth, giving thanks to her unconditional love and transmutation to higher vibrations.
