Who else loves training legs? šŸ™‹šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø
Make the weight challenging, complete each exercise and repeat 3 times then move into the next exercise.

Try and keep the rest between 30-60 seconds after each exercise... this coupled with the high reps will work into your endurance range!

Don’t forget to warm up, stretch and cool down!!

Everyone had their own goals, everyone is different however think about a footy team... they all have 1 goal TO WIN THE GAME!

How do they achieve it? They constantly work as a team aiming for THE GOAL!

Now we know not every shot makes it... however they never give up trying!

This is what change is always about... this constant effort moving you towards that goal! Now you might not even be on the pitch... but I want you to know that if you set yourself a goal.. keep working towards it jo matter what!

When setting giants it’s important to break them down... there’s no point saying I want to lose 5 stone and that’s it!

A better goal could be ... I’m going to walk for 30 minutes every lunch break I have for the next week. That goal incites action... and action brings change!

A SMALL EFFORTS DAIKY ADD UP TO BIG RESULTS!
The most important thing is consistency when trying to achieve your goals.

When trying to lose fat or see more definition ā€œtone upā€! You want to fuel your body with enough protein yet keep within your set calories.

No calorie targets can be fluid, it may not work for everyone so it’s important to monitor and adapt.

Focus on moving more outside of your workouts ... killing your self with 5 workouts a week will still on equate to 5 hours.

So if we have 3 workouts a week that’s 3 hours of activity in the bank.
Now add to that, taking the stairs, parking far away from the supermarket, walking for 30-60 minutes daily.
You’ll soon bank more than that extra two hours... within the week!

Track your progress, pictures, measurements, weight & performance.

For example I’ve lost no weight this week however I can lift heavier or 3ā€ seconds mountain climbers feel easier. Look for non-scale victories x they will continue to motivate you when the scales don’t move.

And lastly enjoy the process, be proud of committing to a fitter healthier YOU.

YOU ARE NOT DEFINED BY FAT LEVELS
Fat is stored energy, women are predispositioned to have a higher body fat than men.

We all use fat for energy & insulation. However women also store more fat for reproduction.

Food is readily available now and therefore the need to store energy as fat isn’t needed as much as it used to be, our bodies will still store excess energy in as fat.

Having fat is not the enemy, but having too much fat will put you at increased risk of developing cardiovascular diseases and long term conditions such as type 2 Diabetes.

The best way to lose fat to reduce these risks is to focus on healthy eating & increasing activity levels.

Just adding 1 workout or 1 walk is 100% improvement to doing nothing 😘
